ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE

Is there anything better than a slightly oversized tee, some flared denim, a beautiful day, and brunch with your best girlfriends!? I don't think so! I headed downtown yesterday to a scrumptious brunch restaurant where I over indulged in eggs, apple cider bacon (yummm), a biscuit and lots of coffee. It was delicious and just what I needed to brighten my week. One of my friends was in town visiting from Charleston and I was so happy we were able to girl talk and catch up! (come home Miss Morgan we miss you)

I'm loving this "all you need is love" tee from Oliver & Otis (Instagram OLIVERANDOTIS). They are a Texas based company started by two sisters and they make the most adorable shirts with super cute sayings in all sorts of colors - make sure to check them out!

Lately, I'm all about a t-shirt that isn't too fitted. I love the comfort factor and also the ability to tuck in one corner. Plus you can eat mass quantities of breakfast food and not have to worry about your shirt being too tight haha! I paired my tee with these SP Black Belted High Rise Flare Leg Jeans (dark wash unavailable - medium wash here). The best part? I don't have to hem them (I'm 5'2")! Yes, I am wearing 4 inch heels, but that's the norm for me and I'll pair them with booties this fall/winter. My bag is the Tory Burch Marion Quilted Chain-Shoulder Slouchy Tote in Jitney Green (also loving this!) and has been my go to for months. I can't remember the last time I've carried the same bag every day for this long. The leather is super soft and the chain shoulder straps can be worn long or short (see photos)!

Huge thanks to my girls Beth (aka photographer) and Kylie (aka assistant) for helping me out with this photo shoot :). You all are the best - thank you!

On a side note, I tried wearing my short hair curly (using my Nume curling wand) for this first time this weekend and I"m really liking it! So much more than I ever thought I would. Having balayage coloring in my hair creates wonderful dimension and the cut allows the curls to fall just right.

I hope everyone has a fabulous Monday!
